I do only because I have seen a few.
I came down the stairs one night at about 2am and saw this this elderly gentlemen in my hallway. He was wearing clothing from the early 20th century. The strangest thing is that heis waist was at the level of the floor. As if he was walking on the ground below the house.

Because of the clothing he was wearing and he was walking normally, not like someone who had lost 2 legs.

i think we're veering too far off subject here.
we should be talking about how arm-less people play rock-paper-scissors.

If Santa Claus and the Tooth Fairy were in a Harry Potter movie, freezie would believe in them too.

listen before a person can belive in something said person must have a basic philosophy about what a ghost is.
i used to belong to amateur parapsychology club and i spent countless hours doing research on hauntings , and ghosts and general spirit phenomena.
in all the years i studied ghosts and ghost lore ( not to mention traipsing through abandoned houses , factories , nursing homes , and old graveyards.) i have come to two personal conclusions.

the first is that to deny the exsistence of ghosts is insane. the evidence throughout the centuries is far to overwhelming to be ignored.

the second is that while there are ghosts they cannot all be categorized in the same group.
it seems to me that there are two main types in the context of appritions
one is the standard repeating ghost that goes through repetitive actions in the same space over and over again. almost like a psychic video recording
stuck on constant loop. unable to interact with the world simply because it is simply an embeded memory attached to a particular space or object.

the second type is ghosts that are aware (although to what level depends on the haunting of course) of there own exsistence and have some range of free will over there actions. they try and comunicate with people through various methods. ie: e.v.p , poltergeist style hauntings , knocks, raps , and other types of sounds , actually having limited conversations with people (usually children and other people who are somewhat responsive to psychic emanations) sometimes palying tricks or pranks on people. all of which are meant to inform for better or for worse that are for reason still around and rooted to a spot and do not wish to be forgotten.
within these im sure you could break it down even further into myriads of sub categories but it seems to me that those two are the basic types of traditional ghosts which are encountered most often.
i mean how many people run into african eating ghosts in rural kansas in any given week anyway?

Here is my favorite Ghost show...Ghost Hunters!

Some people think Ghost Hunters is boring...well, they are right, because ghost hunting can be incredibly boring! But, the thing is, the Ghost Hunters handle all their paranormal cases as emperically as possible...unlike Most Haunted that relies on spooky music and frightened girls and lamo psychics to boost their ratings and to keep the audience from falling asleep.

Ghost Hunters is by far my ghost show of choice! Just the evidence please...forget the candy coating.
