I have a really good one, but I don't think you've watched 'Girls Gone Wild Amish Edition' so I can't bother posting it.

I hope it's nothing like that Osama Bin Laden dating service that somebody posted here when I first joined.

I talked to someone who said he was a Cathar, but it was a while back. A search of the What's your religion threads would find him if you're particularly interested.

ya know. . . I'm religious too, and I'm not a jesus freak. . . because I'm jew. Ever think that there could be other religions than christianity, genius?

ya know... the first question for religious types wasn't really aimed at anyone other than xians. I doubt if a Confucian could answer the questions about what God requires to exist.

It would be extremely easy for a confisian to answer questions about God. Their beliefs are not unlike That of someone who follows Dao (Tao). Once you get into Taoism as a religion, it get's a bit freaky and far out for my liking, but howanever.

Well, I'm Catholic, and I assume they're Protestant (not sure though), and it come down to a 500 year ift of beliefs there.

I'm Catholic and in JF. I think our Catholic count is at 3 or 4. Anywho, you're more than welcome to join our Christian clan. :)

I don't think there are that many Cathars left, you know, since the Pope ordered that whole town of them killed (which, oddly enough, was the origin of the phrase "Kill them all, let God sort 'em out.")

Yeah, I doubt he was from a long line of Cathars, but he claimed to be one nonetheless. That's interesting I'd never heard where that phrase came from. Where did you hear that? :D

One of the many discovery channel specials after the whole DaVinci code nonsense.

The Pope, when he was informed that there were women and children in the village, reportedly said "Kill them all, God will find His own."

Thanks to the time between then and now, no one's sure if that was the exact quote or if it was an invention of a later scribe, but that's the origin of that saying.
