How naughty do you have to be to get banned from the entirety of CC? By which I mean forums, GC, games, everywhere.

As far as I'm aware the only people who have been this naughty are:
  • Multis
  • wicked
  • riskllama
  • Adolf Hitler

Now those are some seriously naughty people!
