hey I got an idea... , let's quote 2chainz on a forum thread about following the law..

"At the age of 15, Epps was convicted of felony cocaine possession. On February 14, 2013, Epps was arrested in Maryland en route to a concert at UMES for marijuana possession. Epps was then cited and released.

On June 11, 2013, Epps was arrested while on board a departing flight at LAX airport for possession of a controlled substance after TSA agents found that his checked bag contained marijuana and promethazine. He was booked and charged with felony narcotics possession. Later that day he posted $10,000 bond and was released. He was due back in court on June 21, 2013. Two days previous, he was reportedly robbed at gunpoint outside a medical marijuana dispensary in San Francisco.

Just before midnight on August 21, 2013, Epps' tour bus was pulled over in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, because the passenger side taillights were out. The arresting officer reported that he smelled marijuana and saw smoke through the open door of the bus after he had stopped and pulled over the bus. The driver of the bus shut the door and told officers he was not authorized to allow them on the bus. The officer said the marijuana smell gave him probable cause to search, but the driver refused to open the door. After many attempts to enter, the bus was towed with the men still aboard to the police training center in Oklahoma City. Officers obtained a search warrant and the 10 men, including Epps, got off the bus. Police discovered two semi-automatic pistols and a 12-gauge pump shotgun, along with some prescription painkillers and marijuana residue, on the tour bus according to papers filed Oklahoma County district Court."

So now NomadPatriot will explain how you can't buy marijuana in the United States of America because it's a felony?

Thank you for informing us about the rule. You're still not addressing the fact that rules are often ignored when there's money to be made.

simply prove this 'fact'..

I already did. I told you I had no problem getting served beer when I was 16, even though that was (and continues to be) illegal.

It's also illegal for a mechanic to write a fake safety, but I've seen plenty of those.

More to the point, DoomYoshi gave you a direct example, describing a gun show he was allowed to test-fire a variety of guns without signing anything or even showing I.D.

Actually, I've been to one, too.

And HitRed started this very thread with an example when he was allowed to fire a gun at a range without any special ceremonies.

Unless you think we're all lying to you, you might consider those examples.

just point out where in the list of charges 2chainz was charged with where it says anything about felony marijuana charges.. ..

( Promethazine is usually an antihistamine; in syrup form, it is usually combined with a controlled substance (like codeine) as a cough syrup. The syrup will be taken to the lab an analyzed., The chemical composition of the syrup will determine on if the case will be filed as a felony or misdemeanor.)

Here:

Oregon has long been a very marijuana-friendly state, and it was the first to decriminalize cannabis in 1973. On November 3 rd, 1998 Oregon legalized medical marijuana. Initiative 91, which passed in the November 2014 election, legalized recreational marijuana for anyone ages 21 and over.

- manufacturing cannabis in any amount is a felony in Oregon. It comes with a fine up to $1,250 and up to 5 years’ prison time. Any person caught manufacturing marijuana cannabis within 1,000 feet any school grounds is guilty of a felony. This charge is punishable by a fine up to $375,000 and up to 20 years in prison.
