IT WOULD DEPEND ON WHAT HAPPENS..
IF A PLANET-WIDE EMP TYPE OF EVENT OCCURS.. ( LIKE SAY A STRATEGIC MISSILE DEPLOYMENT OR SOLAR FLARE) THAT KNOCKS OUT ELECTRONICS.. THEN THERE WOULD BE 2 COMPLETELY DIFFERENT WORLD ORDER SCENARIOS...
