LASIK - how were your results?

Next Friday I'm going for them to review my eyes. I'm near sighted. If you had LASIK are you happy with the results?

I'm thinking it'll be my next big purchase. My sister got it and says it's great, and her vision was the worst in the family (like somewhere around 20/600). She went to a better place and apparently they will redo/touch up as needed at no cost for life.

I had it about 15 years ago as well. I was horribly blind. Sight has been perfect but I notice my eyes are dry a lot, and the sun seems to hurt my eyes more to the point I wear sunglasses even on cloudy days
