What's the obvious choice? Are you thinking Ride of the Valkyries which came out in 1870, 69 years before World War II? Or are you thinking of the End by the Doors which came out 20 years after World War II?

Beer Barrel polka was one of the most popular songs during World War II. It was popular across the lines (Germans, Russians, Brits and Americans all played it).
