WW1 is definitely his best work. I just started listening to Revolutions by Mike Duncan, and it's pretty good so far. Don't worry. It's not particularly red, and it's broken down in much more digestible 30 minute chunks than Carlin's stuff.
If you want red, and also more four hour chunks, but every week, This Is Hell is a leftist interview radio show that tackles a lot of current and historical events with most of the guests tending more toward the academic. Chuck's a fantastic interviewer.
Keeping left, I also listen to Mic Dicta (the only and best named legal podcast) and District Sentinel for daily Washington news. Toilet ov Hell is ostensibly a metal podcast, but spend most of their time making fun of nazis and metal nerds. I listen to Chapo too because why not. Hell of a Way to Die has socialist army dudes. Street Fight if you want to listen to anarchists talk about drugs and shitty bosses.
For comedy, the Dollop is pretty good, and Stand By Your Band has its high points if you have a soft spot for bad music. Last Podcast on the Left is a kind of true crime/comedy amalgamation that is pretty good when in stride.
If you are a massive dork like me, and listening to a podcast of tabletop rpgs doesn't sound like a massive waste of time (I have a lot of work I can do with headphones in), Friends at the Table (more dramatic) and Adventure Zone (some drama, more jokes) are fun.
Winging it in Motown for my hockey fix. I think that's my rotation.
