Meanwhile, some ads on YouTube that try to promote their mobile game will rip off videos from other users and claim it to be their own. Cant dmc strike it because its an ad, no channel to link it, and it turns out, they are outside of copyright law because they will hail from countries like...Chinnnnnna!

If the ads are being placed on YouTube then presumably American copyright law applies to them. And even if not, China has copyright law too (e.g. this, this and this ruling). If you're posting H3H3 links then I assume you have heard of SoFlo and are therefore aware that even Americans are able to get away with repeat copyright infringement on platforms such as YouTube and Facebook.

The problem is that YouTube is terrified of its advertisers who are in turn terrified of the American Fake News Media (FNM), and given the FNM are not going to stop being dicks any time soon YouTube's only viable solution is to make itself totally anodyne.
