Should the BBC4 Shipping Forecast always include Gibraltar??

Since the Battle of Trafalgar was so important. Right now only the 0048 report includes Trafalgar.

Does the shipping forecast cover different places each time? I’d assumed it’d just be a set list of the same ones.

There is a list of set ones, but only the 0048 includes all the sea zones.
