Nobody Can Replace Adam West

I thought Micheal Keaton sucked as Batman. After Micheal Keaton, they switched to someone else who sucked even worse. Each movie version of Batman has been a little worse than the preceding one. The last couple I couldn't even sit through.

I so miss Adam West's Batman -- bright, clever, witty, taking a delight both in art and science. All these moody, miserable, brooding Batmen since then turn my stomach. If I wanted to hear some miserable prick whine about how much he hates his life I'd volunteer at the homeless shelter.

Just nod if you agree.

In his later life, up til his passing, he did tons of voice acting for cartoons like the Fairly Odd Parents and Spongebob (if you have kids I'm sure you've heard him). His characters were great and his voice is unmistakable....I give him props and he will be missed....

What Duk is saying is that the flip-mod-pop stylings and attitudes of 1960s television had a wry sophistication woefully lacking in the PC-terrorized CGI-dulled phonehead culture of today.

West = best Batman. Shatner = best Star Trek commander, etc. etc.

I m sorry but the best batman was definitely christian bale. And no, mickeal keaton did not suck. He just had a poor career so you feel like it was a too big role for him, but his interpretation made total sense.
Val kilmer and clooney totally sucked, ben aflec, well, he was kind of ok.
West... well that was my childhood. But it was over 20 years old reruns already lol

Christian Bale? Really? The guy sounded like he was throat fucked by cancer and cigarettes.

Ben Affleck, as far as live action goes, has been the best one, despite the god awful script

I love family guy, but some things they made him say made me cringe just because it was Adam West and I felt like the joke was they were getting Adam West to do this. Like dating Meg or calling himself Mayor Chapstick (I don't know why that weirded me out).
