I would like an exoskeleton. A really good one, capable of surviving pretty much anything short of a direct thermonuclear strike.

Definitely I would like to speed up my brain. Replace those stupid Potassium-sodium-calcium gates in my neurons with modern semiconductors.

Multiple penises would be a really nice thing to have. Not much point in having a great harem when you can only do one broad at a time.

I think gills are pretty much mandatory. And a flotation bladder. No more being tied to scuba tanks when you explore.

Of course, constant stimulation gets old, too. So the ability to turn it all off and hibernate for long periods is nice. Especially on long space voyages.
