I started watching that recently. Is it just me, or is the audio really messed up in the first few episodes? I couldn't hear what people were saying over the background noise. It seems to have sorted itself out now- I'm on episode 4, but it was weird to have to put subtitles on.

I have not watched the show. I read the first couple of books in the series but it's kind of boring and derivative after a while.
