First-World Problems

This is a thread where you can post your developed world gripes. No judgements.

my gripe is that not all TED talks are 18 minutes. how am i supposed to learn something unless it is in 18-minute chunks?

I used to have a gripe that not every podcast was 22 minutes in length (the approximate length of my trip to work every day).

I don't want my bacon to be crumply shaped, but I don't have a big flat frying pan that I can lay out all my pounds of bacon flat on.

Oven cook. Put the bacon between two baking trays.

Perfectly flat bacon

Games like "Sunless Sea" that could be playable on tablet, but lack touchscreen support. This severely limits the number of games that I can play at work.

Also, Beyond the Sideline Football won't come out at least until the summer of 2017. :(

And "Runaways" being abandoned in the middle of a story and nobody is going to finish it.

And all the best comics belong to Vertigo, which is part of DC, and they are never going to make a decent movies/shows out of them until Disney buys them too (please Disney, buy them, buy them now, [-o< I want a good Hellblazer already! :x )

I want to complain about the public transport in London, but it's so antiquated as to count as a developing world problem. Ditto it's regressive planning restrictions on tall buildings.

I quite enjoyed London's subway system.

Easily the highlight of the vacation.

Granted it's been over ten years since I have been in London, but both the tube system and the clippers over the Thames and I enjoyed them both.
