When I lived in LA I used to always drive by their "Psychiatry an Industry of Death Museum" but I never went in because I was afraid I'd end up on a mailing list.

I'd just be concerned about visiting a place called a death museum.

Like I said hadn't heard of them, so had to look them up and what could find, it was all based on outside perspective, none of it from members or directly from former members, so yes if any of it is true my opinion stands,
Not a fan of religion knocking, but will argue with anyone who says God teaches or condones hate in any form

I'm not sure where you got your information saxi, but Assemblies of God do not have a prohibition on dancing. My dad and step mom both attend AoG(ha) churches and I myself did as well for a three year period in high school. Or at least my particular AoG church never said anything about it.

The thing with speaking in tongues is spot on though. Although that can be said about any Pentacostal church, which AoG is a branch of.

The Flying Spaghetti Monster (FSM) is the deity of the Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster or Pastafarianism (a portmanteau of pasta and Rastafarian), a social movement that promotes a light-hearted view of religion and opposes the teaching of intelligent design and creationism in public schools.

Even in religious studies classes? Sounds like another extremist group trying to control the education system.

I don't get why the targeting of Rastafari believers with their name is light-hearted either. Were they afraid of taking the piss out of more popular Abrahamic faiths, so chose to parody a minor one?

Seems dodgy to me.

sorry but the Rasta would have made this list if they were based in the U.S. ... a religion in which even your own Messiah disavows you? that's pretty crazy!
