Mexico Needs A "Batman"

After watching "Gotham" and hearing this story from Mexico got me thinking that there must be similarities between them. Mexico needs a Batman!

Gotham isn't about Batman, it's about a good and honest police officer doing his duty and rising through the ranks of a corrupt and broken system...

Technically speaking, Zorro was from California. Rights to his legend would have passed from Mexico to the U.S. when California did.
