cmon guys this is retro everybody has played it and now my whole year has decided to give up school (quite literally) we all have time to challenge each other.

Does anybody here remember a high score from years ago or even play now. I am terrible (as i am with most games) and just got 179 000 (something like that) which i thought was amazing but hey someone here must have got 1,000,000

Depends which version you play. Different versions have different point scoring systems.

Has anyone ever beat the gameboy version under speed 9 with difficulty 9? When you do you get a cool dance segment and I think that's how you beat the game.

I remember once, when I was 15 and visiting London, finding a Tetris coin-op machine and - having had my skills honed by many bored hours playing Tetris on my ZX Spectrum - winning twenty-five quid. That was worth about 125 Marathon bars. It was great.

Puyo Puyo has better multiplayer. Any Tetris fans with someone to play against should definitely check it out.

Seeing as you seem to have had to stop mid-post, I clearly have more spare time than you. So, yes. What's your point?

my highest score on an old pc version (aka my current pc) was about 22,600. Actually, I don't know about the other ones but on my version you can pause the game and the blocks don't dissappear! So once I get to the faster levels I just pause and decide where I will put the block

and yes I do have a lot of time (well, I did when I found that out)
