Beatles, Doors, Cat Stevens, Simon & Garfunkel, Crosby, Stills & Nash (& NOT Young), Cream (Eric Clapton), Supertramp, The Police, The Cars, Dire Straits, Men at Work, Trio, Nena, Men Without Hats, Van Halen, AC/DC, Led Zeppelin, Moody Blues, Black Sabbath, Modern English, Cheap Trick, Steely Dan, Alan Parsons Project, Fleetwood Mac (which, by the way, produced, imo, the best album ever - Rumors), Lynyrd Skynyrd, Tangerine Dream, Genesis. I'm sure there are more I'll think of later but these came to the top of my head pretty quick.
