B)it take me an average (and I've even done the math) of 22 "licks"

C)who doesn't like ice cream (lactose- itolerant people don't answer)

And the number of licks is directly proportional to the temperature around the cone and indirectly proportionaly to the method of licking (broad tonguestrokes v. stabbing motions with the tip of the tongue)
