Bush: War Crimes

Apparently, there is evidence that WE THE PEOPLE have been torturing. Or is it WE THE PEOPLE anymore?

War crimes are only tried if they are commited on the side that loses.

IN the conventional sense, they might be taking heavier losses, but they're winning the war.
