I have a feeling that most mens restrooms and locker rooms are going to be empty while all the womens are packed.

the bill endangers religious freedom by opening the door for the state to punish any person or organization — including small and home-based businesses — that refuses, for religious or other moral reasons, to offer or sell goods or services to homosexuals, bisexuals, 'transgendered' and transsexual individuals.

Yes, the most dangerous part is that businesses can no longer discriminate against their customers.

It's rather silly to think that there are people who would commit a violent crime but would not do it now because of where they are allowed to go to the bathroom. This bill doesn't present any new danger to anyone as the danger already exists.

Are you that ignorant? If someone was to watch a man (sexual predator) go into a woman's restroom they can do something about it. But if the scenario is the same, with a law on the books stating ALL restrooms are unisex, the person who watches the same man go into a female restroom can do nothing about it. This has got to be one of the craziest proposed laws I have ever heard of. The governor had better veto it or my advise to those in Colorado is move out of state or never let you or your family members use public restrooms.
