Shoulder and back

What can I do after playing cricket to stop my shoulder and back for aching the next day

Stretches and warm-down is good stuff. That and make sure you warm-up thoroughly before each game.
Also, the problem might be with your batting/bowling form as much as with your stretching, get your coach to make sure you're using a good motion so you're not unecessarily injuring yourself.

I had the same problem from soccer, 3 visits to a chiropractor did the trick...caution though they want you to keep coming back every week....after a while I found it unnecessarry

I don't play cricket, but I do play baseball. Keep ice on it, and heed DM's advice in the future. You'll be better off tomorrow with the ice than without.

Have a mild workout of the muscles. I can't remember all the pathway involved, but the acidosis is affected by the workout and the discomfort is reduced. Don't overdo it, of course, if you play regularly as it'll affect your efficiency.

Short of that, suck it up and deal with it.
