Just as an aside, when my brother was young, she was in charge of snacks for my brother's pre-school. She had a calander that listed all kinds of obscure holidays. Everry day had at least a few and most, such as "national pickle day" or "national clown day" (cannot remember the dates, sorry) were quite fun.
