Question for baseball players, especially pitchers

What do you guys (pitchers specifically) do to keep your arm from getting sore/torn up?

Pitchers will often ice their arm between innings. As for what they do between games, don't have a clue.

watch your pitch count, ice it after the games, don't masturbate between games (wait til the season is over)... and thats all i can think of

Too bad it's down. By the way, what was all the piling on about anyways? I posted a video to get comments on my plate mechanics, and got some GREAT feedback from some great umpires. The fact that it indoors was tough for me to do anything about. Not a lot of umpiring going on when it's -15 degrees Celcius outside. You had no business bringing that video up. Go back under your bridge.
