In Canada, Best-Buy. Anywhere else, I don't know.

So you have a harem?

Doesn't everyone? :P

if i wish to play xbox games do i still need the original xbox CD?

Yes. Disc games don't get copied to the hard drive. Downloaded games of course DO reside on the hard drive as there is no original disc.

With all of them on the go I'm suprised that you have any time left to play Xbox games...
I can only commend your efficient task-management skills.

And of course, your apparently behemoth wang.

The problem I find with it is that it takes so much effort to unlock all of the songs. I can't just take the game over to a friends without my Xbox, or we have to go into Tour mode and play the same songs over and over again just to unlock better ones.

Well, you do have to actually PLAY the game to progress...yes. ;)

Seriously, if you put your profile & rock band files on your memory stick and take it with you to your friends house, when you log into your profile the unlocked songs will be unlocked there as well...even in band quickplay mode.

just to throw in my two cents...

i don't have a next-gen console yet. but one of my best friends has a Wii. and i have to say, if and when i buy a new console, that'll be it.

i've always preferred playing games WITH friends, rather than alone, and the Wii is the most conducive to that of any other one i know. we've spent hours just playing the home run derby, or bowling (my record is 7 strikes in a row -- the highest amongst my buddies). somehow, it doesn't get boring with 5 or 6 people playing it.

also, tiger woods golf. we play that a whole hell of a lot.

this is part of why i love RISK. it's a great game to play with a group of friends, you can easily make up rules for when people have to drink, and ultimately it builds relationships, not alienates them.

The Wi is cool, but having played both, I think that the xBox is a better platform. The xBox Live portal is brilliant and the hard drive add-on allows you to do much more than just play games. Forget dinosaurs like Blockbuster or Net-Flicks...just download movies in Hi-Def right to your Xbox. (Tiger Woods golf is available for all platforms BTW.)

But alas, I have no xBox bowling.

I do have Rock Band for the Ps2, and my friends and I all think it was pretty disappointing.
p.s. I am aware that the Ps2 version was butchered, watered down, and totally downgraded, but I still think the extra features (character customization) matters little.
