I know that here in America we've got problems with driving while using cell phones but this is a little ridiculous. What's going on with you people over in Great Britain?

I hear the same company that has said it will provide the padding so it can advertise, is also running tests by providing the same type of padding along the ground for these people so their knuckles don't keep getting scraped so badly.

I see nothing wrong with the idea. I don't live near any of the places it's going to be rolled out in, so it doesn't affect me in the slghtest.

Can you imagine what its going to be like on a Friday night at kicking out time. Its bad enough with traffic cones without giving them something else to play with.
