** PREMIUMS ONLY**
College Football season has begun! That means that the controversial BCS system is just around the corner...

The BCSCC Tournament is open to all premium members. There are (48) participants, each playing a minimum of (12) games. Players are divided into (6) divisions of (8) teams:
- FULL Big Ten (Play on USA Great Lakes)
FULL SEC (Play on USA Southeast)
FULL Big Twelve (Play on USA Southwest)
FULL Pac Twelve (Play on USA West)
FULL Big East (Play on USA New England)
FULL ACC (Play on USA Southeast)
Every participant plays every other member of their division, as well as (5) non-conference games against randomly assigned opponents (the schedule will be posted before the 'season' begins).
Standings in the BCSCCT are based partly on CC rank, but primarily on ACCRUED TOURNAMENT POINTS (i.e. the points that count towards your rank). The more points you acquire, the higher you place. A win against a high-ranked opponent moves you higher in the rankings than one against a low-ranked opponent.
For preseason rankings, I will rank the top 25 teams based on CC rank score. The top-rated player receives a score of 50 points to start the season; the 25th-rated player receives a score of 2 points. Any players outside of the top 25 begin the season with a score of 0. When you win or lose, the points affecting your CC rank will be added to or subtracted from your score every round to determine the rankings.
At the end of the season, each divisional champion (i.e. player with the best conference record) and the next 4 highest-scoring participants (10 players total) advance to the tournament round. Ties will be settled by head to head record, or, if necessary, their +/- rating. Players are seeded for tournament play based on their +/- rating. The top 2 players in the BCSCC rankings receive byes for the first two rounds of tournament play.
