TOURNY FULL - RESERVES NEEDED
The tourny now has the required 32 teams/64 players. However, Names can still be added to a reserves list just in case anyone drops out.

The draw for the first round of the Scottish Cup will be made later today by an independent panel (i.e. Mrs. bigbullyweedave  ) and I'll post the draw here and start getting the games organised.

Remember the tourny is just like the real Scottish Cup - one game only in each round played at the "home ground" of the team first out the hat.

Good luck!

No replays like in the real Cup, when the game is a draw (not decided after a certain number of rounds)?

No, I had always planned to have one game per round. Partly to keep it as close to the real cup as possible and partly because this is my first tourny and I didn't want to over complicate things. So replays aren't possible. It's just luck of the draw who is at home.

-1st round passwords have been issued by PM to both players on the home team.
-Once both home team players have entered the game they should forward my PM on to both the away team players.
-Players are requested to try to enter their games within a week of receiving the PM.
-Could a player from each game post the result of the completed game in this thread.
-Any problems drop me a PM or post here.
-If you want to keep track of all the games go to "Game Finder" and in the box labelled "Tournament (partial)" put in the words "Scottish Cup" - that will display all 16 games.

Good luck!

Dave.

New I couldn't get away without screwing up one of the games. :(

New details for Albion Rovers v Celtic are:

Albion Rovers v Celtic
LEONE + nazgul1hr v Karlo Veliki + radedu
Middle Earth/Seq/Flat/Unlimited
350332

Middle Earth/Middle East - is there a difference anyway?

Could we us the new game number 350332 for this one.

Good to see 6 of the 16 games underway already.

Hopefully all the home teams will have entered their slots by the weekend at the latest and passed on passwords to the away teams.

4 out of the 32 home teams players have still to read their PMs from yesterday. Plus they'll be non-premium players who are waiting slots.

2 players haven't read the PM with their passwords:

cloud
splimbys

Anyone know what's happened to them?

Most of the remaining home players have entered now - cheers.

If there are any games waiting for "away" players I'll sent away passwords today just in case any home teams haven't done so yet.

Cheers, Dave.

Neither of your opposition ("home" team) players have entered yet. In theory once they enter they should PM you with the details. However, I'll keep an eye on things also and will PM you if they don't. Will give them to the weekend to enter before I try to chase them up.

Although it's full there is no one in the reserve list. I've stuck your name on it for just now (see first message on page 1). I'll PM you (probably next week) if anyone fails to play in the first round.

Thanks, Dave.

14 of the 16 1st round games are now underway.

The other 2 games are missing 3 "home" players in total. I haven't heard from these 3 players (in fact 2 of them haven't read their PMs). If I don't hear from them by Monday them I'll bring in reserves (currently we have 2 available).
