I'm going to try to make a map using open office-drawing.
Do u think i can do it? Post yes or no.

I don't have an image yet just an idea.

I see no reason why you couldn't make some sort of map with the OpenOffice.org Drawing tool, provided you remember that ultimately, you have to produce a PNG, GIF, or JPEG file, as these are the only formats that the XML currently supports. I haven't used that tool enough for artistic endeavours to say whether you will be able to produce a map that will please the Foundry and the community, what with everyone wanting textures and bevels and shading (oh my). By the way, do you want to give the readers a hint about your idea? I certainly don't want to discourage you, but it can be even more discouraging to put in a lot of work, and then find that your idea takes off like a lead balloon, either because it's copyrighted, or it (or something a lot like it) has already been done or rejected, or whatever...

I like the part where you put your name in the title...
