Natural Disasters map

How about a map where instead of a normal turn a player can cause a natural disaster against other players. Here is how it would work:
  • The map has several territories from which a disaster can be launched. To do so the player must hold the territory for one turn.
  • Launching the disaster takes the place of a regular turn. No deployment, attacks, or reinforcements can be done. The disaster damages all other players.
  • It uses up all of the troops on the territory plus what the player would have received as part of the deployment. The amount of damage done to each player cannot exceed this total. Example: if a player had 6 troops on the territory and a deployment of 4 then the max damage to each player is 10.
  • The disaster territory is converted to neutral with 10 armies after the attack.
  • Every player starts from a safe zone which cannot be affected by a disaster

There are different disasters to launch. The territory the player is on determines the disaster. The amount of damage is limited by the max described above
  • A tornado will damage one enemy territory with the most troops on it.
  • An earthquake will randomly damage half of each enemies territories
  • A drought will take exactly 1 army from each territory (randomly selected)
  • A tsunami will damage territories next to a body of water

Feel free to propose new disasters (volcano? hurricane?)

yeah, you really can't do any of that with the current xml, it would take a major update, which is not going to happen.
