Conquer Club

I don't have the ability to create a map, so I decided to throw this idea out there for whoever wants it. We could do a sports field/court, like basketball, football, or whatever. I'll use a basketball court for example. We could make the lane into one continent, the key into one continent, etc. The goals can bombard anything within their own 3-point line.
Do whatever you want with this idea, i don't care.

Ok, this has been tried a lot, but no one ever really figures out how to do it well. Sports maps are really a niche that is open to be filled. If you can get a solid idea it will be great, but there have been a lot of stuff just thrown out there with nothing really happening. I would advise doing a quick search for old threads that are related to sports maps.

Cairnswk seems to be getting somewhere with his Cricket map, and, uh, does chariot racing count as a sport?

Other than that there's stuff like Golf which could actually be quite promising. I'm not quite sure how you'd pull it off, though.

Cricket isn't a real sport.
It makes no sense, even after watching matches.
