Cricket Pitch Map

That would be a great idea IMO.

You could have a different territory for each part of the pitch, the stumps, yorkers, bouncers, good-length balls, the bats, parts of the field, etc.

Or football pitch?

This one would work with the positions, and you have to try and get a goal into the other person's net, or get a corner, free-kick or something like that. So two goals, four corners, two free-kicks. It'd work a bit like AoR. Would be a great two-player map I'd think.

I'm no map-maker, so it's up to someone else to pick up the reigns ;) .

Thoughts? And have I used the forum right 8-[ .

There's no set form for posting ideas around here ;-)

Cricket is actually an interesting idea for a map... It has potential.

Hehe.

Guess if someone who didn't know anything about cricket made it and thing, I could spot out the different parts and things? I know all the rules and things that you could come up with and things. Cricket field could be another option?

Football pitch any good?

Both would be very similair really. The soccer pitch would have more territories though.

And in two player play, if the territoriy for the players could deafult to the stumps/goals.

I believe that we should include atleast something in the maps that is a sport.
