Fantasy Map With Fantastic Creatures

Say a fantasy map.
Cities are +1 auto deploy, +1 army bonus.
Army bonus +1 per 5 territories
see below.
Everyone starts outside a city. Everything else is filled with neutrals. Ally circles too.

the idea sounds good but i'm not sure that i understand all right.. maybe you can draw a map a little bit clear or tell about the rules more specifically?
by the way, i'm not sure that the code permit to make that bonus-malus.. maybe someone more expert can tell us something about it?

There was a USA apoclypse map with some negative bonuses - I think the xml works but would like to hear other views

the problem is the no-malus bonus.. if i understand well, if you hold goblins allies, you can travel tunnel without the malus. so if you're there, you gain a negative bonus but something in the code stop it or give you a positive to neutralize the bad effect (in USA apocalypse works in this mode) and this works only if you hold goblins allies.. i'm not sure that the code of CC can do this..

Set it as a -1 penalty. Then a +1autodeploy in that territory bonus for the combination of the goblin allies and individual tunnel territory.
Can continent bonuses be forced to autodeploy?

I used -1 bonus for dustbowl.
I'm still trying to understand this map, but I like the first read though.

Did research and you are right.
I'll have to come up with a new bonus for the Allies that protect from -1.
Perhaps, they give a +1 bonus as long as 1 territory of the right type is held. Increasing to +2 if you hold 4 or more of that type of territory.
Give a nice little edge and some extra armies if you happen to have some of that type of territory.
