Land, Sea, Air & Spies?

Summary:

Map required: Standard Land Map: Each region on the map would consist of 3 land or ocean region bases that have to be conquered in order to claim that region. There are two different territory types, land and ocean plus the coast between each. Sets of bases for each are as follows.

Bases

Land Region Bases:

Air-base:
Bombards two regions deep. Attacks local spy-net.
Air-base on a port region bombard submarines 2 deep.

Barracks:
Attacks all land bases one region deep, and
all connected troop transports.
Bombards fleets one ocean region deep.

Spy-net:
Attacks all bases within its region
and any linked sub/spy bases.
Immune to all bombardment.

Ocean Region Bases:

Navel Fleet:
Attacks connected navel fleet.
Attacks Port.
Bombards two regions deep.
Bombards local submarine.

Troop Transports:
Attacks connected barracks, and
other troop transports.

Submarine:
Attacks connected submarines and spy-nets.
Bombards local fleet and troop transports.
Bombards one region deep.
Immune to air-base not on a port region.

Coast Line Base:

Port
Attacks Fleet.
Attacks Troops transport.
Attacks Local Spy-net.
Bombards submarine one region deep.

Territory deployment bonuses are from taking and defending the three bases for a region and capturing regions to complete a territory. Capturing and defending all bases of a certain type creates a territory deployment bonus.
