Here's an objective map that I thought might be pretty cool:

Image

You can only attack straight forward, which I need to add to the map. The objective could probably use some clearing up as well.

Territories: 60
Starting places: 10
Neutral territories: 50 (Everything but the sticks on the bottom) Should the neutrals start higher?
Army numbers go BELOW the ring or stick, which should be mentioned or make more room, which isn't easy considering the size restrictions.

Is it too much luck based and will be shot down at the very start? Should starting sticks be able to bombard other rings?

Also keep in mind the rings are not all in yet.

I'm open to any suggestions!

PS-- This is a rough draft, pick on the graphics I've shown. Rather tell me how I would be able to improve them.

It's all about the dice, baby. Perhaps add in some player involvement?

I had overlooked that while drafting it out, and halfway through, I though it was too luck-based.

What about if the starting points can bombard other rings?

It could work, if you make it less luck like.

8 starting points, maybe once you get to the final post you can bombard any players starting position and ring.
Or instead have a communal course where if you get the the end you win (in a style of conquer club racing)
