Well, if you draw it all up yourself and it approximately looks like the map, will it still count as copyright infringement? Even if you use non-related names for the territories? Where's the limit?

If it looks exactly like the map with "shape" its still copyright but a few twist in the bottom and height you will not have copyright issue anymore.

If it looks exactly like the map with "shape" its still copyright but a few twist in the bottom and height you will not have copyright issue anymore.
