it'd probably be hard to make it more using those separations.

anyway, more African based maps is what I'm hoping someone will do (not Egypt though. cairnswk has 4 of those already).

i don't know much about the country, and i dunno if you're planning on doing classic gameplay or what types of attacks you might be planning on using, so its hard to say whether or not i'd like the idea.

but one of the reasons i like these geographical maps is because i end up learning more about the places they're based on, so some african ones would be nice.

I think it's a good map idea, 26 territories 4 lingusistical regions, a small quick map perfect for speed game and as said before at least we could learn more about african geography.
Did you have any graphic ideas?

I was also thinking about africa but much larger scale, something like an ethnical map but I didn't find good sources for it (I didn't search a lot too). Are you in for a more wide research? I can do the graphics.
