The Land of Israel, as apportioned in the Bible to the Twelve Tribes, would be a great map. The cities would be territories, and Each tribe's area would be a 'country'. see maps at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Land_of_israel (The haggada map), http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/3/35/CanaanMap.jpg, search for 'Land of Israel, map' on the internet for more.

The 6 cities of refuge could start off neutral, and/or they could combine to make +6 or something.

it could be a good map, however all ideas that are not made into a draft start in the map ideas announcementup top.
