Snakes and Ladders

How about a snakes and ladders map? Lets see what we can make out of...
Rundown:
100 territories
Territories attack next adjacent numbers, 1->2, 2->3, 3->4 etc.
One way attacks "up" ladders
One way attacks "down" snakes
Perhaps something like Dice Territories (with dice on them) can bombard bottom row? (to make up for the fact that 1-6 once taken can't be taken back.
Also perhaps another rule for what counter territories can do. Perhaps bombard any territory of that colour?
Possible Bonuses:
By required territories in a line or column:
Hold 4 = +1
Hold 6 = +2
Hold 8 = +3
Hold 10 = +4
Hold x = (x-2)/2 Integer Truncated
By required territories of the same colour (Yellow/White/Red/Blue/Green) [20 of each]
Hold 5 = +1
Hold 8 = +2
Hold 11 = +3
Hold 14 = +4
Hold 17 = +5
Hold 20 = +6
Hold x = (x-2)/3 Integer Truncated
Also might want to implement some kind of staggered bonus structure for territories such as in Conquer Man...?
What do people think so far? Am I giving too many bonuses? Could we maybe do this map without bonuses and be purely on territories, but unlike circus maximus, have enough territories for people to get decent bonuses?
