Idea: "reverse" bonus

Just got an idea: what about a map where the less lands you have, the bigger bonus you get?
Would it be even possible with XML coding?

Of course, most likely my suggestion shouldn't be taken to extremes for a balanced gameplay. Maybe you should still be able to get region bonuses like +3 or +5 or whatever, but the idea would be that the losing player on the verge of elimination would get a significant boost in reinforcements.

Does my idea suck hard?

Wouldn't that cause everyone to retreat and not want to attack to keep players from gaining troops. Sounds like a stand off. But I suppose it could be used to force an assault by using defense. I don't like the idea of losing players getting a boost from outside the game but I would be in favor of being able to reinforce opposing armies if they meet a certain criteria.

would be possible but it would just force people to mass deploy on 1 or 2 territories and never really attack.

i wonder what would happen in a nuclear spoils tho.

stack up = might get nuked
spread out too uch = losing your bonus
