i wanna play this now! (well soon)

maybe change the colouring on the bevel/the ocpacity of the white/black on the bevel to make something that looks better, also perhaps an outer glow on the land would make the river/lake/water look better - or an inner glow on the lake (im not sure how yuo made it, so whatever's easier)

t-o-m, I'm not following the first part. Which bevel? Thanks for the comments!

the one that you have on either the land or the water

i actually really like this map!!!i hadn't noticed it before your changed sig...
one thing i'm concerned about: what if someone stars off with the objectives? or are all the objective territories neutral, and players start on every other territory?
for the iron workers objective, where is the main gate? do you have to hold the yellow terits too?
of course it in its very rough stages, so the graphics are fine for now. they will need to be improved later.

I'm still adjusting this because the gameplay has to be real fine. It cannot be too easy for someone to take the Pinkerton spaces, for example, too early (though in that case the bombard from worker patrol A should help - the workers actually did shoot at the barges before they landed so notonly good for gameplay but very true historically). In any case, right now this starts like a conquest map. But I'm still toying with it because of that need to give everyone an equal chance. RIght now there are no bonuses but if I deem a bonus as necessary I will work them in.

oops. sorry. Currently the 4 red houses in town. The Pinkertons building, the two guard shacks, and the Carrie Furnaces.

Right now I'm leaning towards all the houses in town being 1 neutral. 3 neutrals at intersections. 10 at plant access points. and 3s at paths in plant. With varying neutrals by plant building...

My issue with this one is that there are so many objectives, and complications to come, that you really dont have any idea how this map will play out. It could be very lopsided and have unintended consequences.
