gameplay:
1. you desperately need some impassable borders. the continents are too hard to defend.
green 6 terits 5 borders
yellow 6 terits 4 borders
blue 3 terits 3 borders
red 7 terits 5 borders
pink 5 terits 3 borders.
2. terits number is currently 28.
in 3 players 1 neutral
in 4 players 0 neutral
in 5 players 3 neutral
in 6 players 4 neutral
so except for 4 player games you always have neutrals. try adding 2 more terits for a total of 30. 30 divides better.
3. four way borders are not good try to remove them
graphics.
for a first draft it's pretty good. you have some pixely borders and some weird outside shadow/double border. but those are mino details. worry about gameplay first.
