Probably because no one did anything about it.

I'm not sure if there's copyright problems, though... at least, you should shuffle the map around a bit, so that it won't be identical to that one in the first post.

I quite like this idea. I'd love to make the map. I will create the image myself, so no copyright issues with taking from this picture, there are quite a few reference images with the world inverted anyway.
I will start to work on it unless someone else is,
