Similar to arms race but more like a sequel. Players need to achieve the major space race milestones (first satillite, first man in space, first orbit, ect.) with the final objective of capturing the moon.
Unfortunately, I don't play a whole lot of arms race to be able to design it... but the thought just came to me and maybe someone can run with it.
