i based this off a few palm reader charts... any feedback or support would be great, anything else helpful too.

looks cool, except you need more colors to differentiate between the joints, center, whole wrist, etc.

Paint is forbidden. Please get a draft version up using something like GIMP or Photoshop (link to topic with links of them).

Always nice to see new faces in here. A piece of general advice...the more time you put into your first and rough draft...the better the presentation, execution, and line of vision...the more receptive people are to your idea. You could have a great idea, but all people may see are poor graphics.

Always keep that in mind, and work hard on your first drafts. Wooh the masses early, and they'll be more willing to follow you on down the road of Cartography.

I agree with what Andy said.
Take some time and make sure you have an awesome first draft for your image.
That will get you a ton of support, because the first thing most people notice is the graphics. Good graphics will grab their attention and they will most likely comment on the map, instead of ignore it.

The map is an interesting concept. I'll be back to comment once you get a better graphics version up. Cause better graphics would make it much easier to see what the map will be like.

EDIT: I think you should stick with your easter Island map first, then come back to this one once easter island is starting to move along. Since you are new around here, it is usually best to work on only one map at once so you can get used to how the system works. After you get used to it, doing more than one map will be much easier.

this is a great idea, but personaly I believe it should be purple, black, and red, or something similar color scheme wise, would fit the thema, and help the map immensly (black background/hand, purple lines, red text for instance)
