I got this idea a while ago and have wanted to make this my first mafia game (after taking advice to play a few first)I am mod.
This will be a small game of 11 players. However, if (for some reason) others really want to join, I can add up to three more spots. Anyways:

There are 1 shot daykills, but you can only use them if you are the glourious commander.

Seriously colton, don't. Trying to mod mafia games without playing many will just hurt your rep even more. I don't think you want to aggravate the whole board. Please try to learn first and play more and then mod.

Agreed, it's nothing personal colton its just you havent even finished a full game and havent seen how they work from the inside. Just wait 3 weeks or so and then see if you have a good understanding of what makes a good mafia game.

Yeah, modding is harding than it sems. Making a good balanced game is hard, (see CW's 3rd party mafia)

That game only lasted like 2 days and everyone just got pointlessly killed (sorry stroop

), I waited a lont time to mod my first game and not only do I think that you are unlikely to create a balanced fair game but I also doubt you will get enough people will join before you have improved your rep in games.

Seriously mate, take it slow and once you have had some successful games, sit down and think what will make a good game and how will it be balanced. Then pm me or any other experienced mafia player with your prepared setup, we will help to ensure it is balanced well and help you as much as possible. If you do this I am sure you will be able to make good games, but for now I would just try to get a bit more experience and maybe read through a few old games to get the general idea.

I won't play; I just don't want to commit to another time sink right now (and I'm sick of being scum...).

But... I could review the setup and help out a bit with modding. I'll see if the setup is balanced, and I can check vote counts and make sure that night actions are properly taken care of.

I have played in, and finished, around 10 mafia games. I still haven't modded because I'm not ready. Just wait a bit..
