Medieval Mafia (1/unlimited)

I am hosting a mafia based on the Medieval Times.

The Peasants (Town)
The Royal Family (Town)
The Medieval Mafia (Mafia)
Other Kingdoms (Third-Party)

There will also be several competitions thorughout, special events each day.
Day 2: We will have an Archery Contest hosted by the Royal Family, loser is executed.
The Royal Family senses evil and decide that only the most skilled men may live.
The target is placed 50m away. It is a large tree trunk. You have three chances to hit the target. (I will roll a d12 and add your archery ability score. The end score must be higher than 10)

The next one is placed 70m away. It is the flag of the mafia. You have three chances. (I roll a d10 and add your archery ability. Mafia are reluctant to hit and I roll for them a d8 instead. Score must be higher than 10.)

The final target is placed a 100m away. It is a loaf of bread. You get one chance to hit this. To hit it, I will roll a d8 and add your ability. The score must be higher than 10.

The loser is calculated by adding their best score from each round and the lowest scored person is lynched. The winner wins an additional NK for the night.

Here's the problems you've put a lot of detail into what the game will be about making it less interesting. Second the way its set up isn't really mafia. Lynching mafia basedd off who gets lowest scores rather than deduction and induction isn't traditional mafia so not wjat I'm interested in. So interesting idea at least.

It seems a bit complicated for my taste, but I'll join anyway.
