Setup

There are 4 main groups.

• The Havana mob
• The Batista Regime
• The peasants
• The 26th of July movement

The Havana mob calls the hits. they get a night kill, like a normal mafia, but they loose if they are eliminated, or if Batista's Regime is eliminated.

Batista's regime are the people who steal and beat up on the peasants, using various roles which I will not disclose yet. They win if the 26th of july movement is eliminated.

The peasants are all vanilla townies. they win if the 26th of july movement wins

The 26th of july movements are a pro-town militant group. They can recruit people from the peasant group, and they win if Batista's regime is eliminated.

Right now I am figuring out how to properly balance, and if someone wants to look over my setup that would help a lot.

Hi.. I'd like to play, but I have no i have no idea, what cuba-mafia is, and I couldn't find any mentioning of it in the rules-thread. I played mafia offline quite a lot, but never online.

Can you give me any sort of information on the setup or specific rule variations or anything before I decide if I want to join this one?

I would like to play, but it seems that most of the games on this site die off and never get finished.

before I join, what steps have or are you going to take to make sure this does not happen?

well, step one,
A few people are possibly coming back in January for a game hosted by ga7 I think. If I need a replacement, I could find someone from that game who is not here now to replace, or, I could make sure people do not drop out.

As for dropping the game on my end, I promise that I will not, and that is good enough.

Yeah, so?

I thought this was going to start ASAP. In that case, I'll play again. I was kinda busy when you sent that PM out. I'm not busy now, so I'll play.

Well I hoped it would start over vacation, but I guess it will wait a little longer just to get 2 more people. I will work out how to do it with just 10 soon though.
