Also it was skoffin who led the cmc case. But the more I think about it cmc was a "potential snitch" maybe this was a plan from the other mafia members to lead cmc to his death, that is if the snitch part would have been detrimental to them. I find everything Ace is saying incredibly fishy. Why would you give someone a one shot kill ability, only to turn it into a full time kill ability?
And he claims christian? bahaha. Did you miss the part where murder is a sin? Why would a so called christian have a killing ability? Especially a minister! A true christian minister never promotes killing, however small segregations of the church have been known to support all kinds of weird stuff. These groups generally appear to be more then a cult then anything else. And these killings are not for the good of us all, but sacrificing us to his god or whatever he worships.

William... preachers preach wherever they find those who will listen. I remember down in pensacola, FL near the navy base some of them would dress up in suits and ties, and yell over microphones to the stopped traffic. Whether good or bad they will go wherever they think they are needed, that doesn't mean they have to be in a building.
