Why? A cult recruiter stands to gain the most by learning actual roles, so surely they're more likely to be reasonably active and also pushing the conversation towards revealing information or claiming.
Yes, but the risk you run is to draw attention for rolefishing. It borders a bit on wifom because really it comes down to the play style of the recruiter and how he picks his targets. Some recruiters prefer to pick the less active players as recruits and some like the more active ones. And of course, most recruiters will have some active and some less active just to keep town off their trail.
